ZJR-250L Vacuum homogenization emulsifying machine

This unit by: vacuum homogeneous emulsifying pot, pre-mixed pot (water pot, the pan), heating and temperature control system, mixing system, 

vacuum system, hydraulic lifting system, operation control cabinet, piping systems, and 

operating platform.

Vacuum emulsification pot

1. Main pot: Volume 250L, the maximum working volume of 200L.

Main pot structure: for the three-flange structure, and at the bottom of a standard oblong head. SUS316L for importing high-quality stainless steel inner wall thickness of 6mm, within the polishing; middle SUS304 

thickness of 4mm, outer layer of SUS304 thickness 3mm, a special light treatment.

2. Homogenizer and agitator

Center blender: blender wall and scraping the same motor, speed 0 ~ 65r/min, 

variable-frequency speed. Power 2.2kw, voltage of 380V. Seal with frame seal. Observed

 through the light hole, keep abreast of the state mixing pot of products.

Seal mixing equipment for more than three roles for the coaxial frame seal (sealing material
